Am i crazy or was having Monty say “I want to find her too…” just a way of proving the difference between what Clarke means to Monty, and what she means to Bellamy.
Monty wants to find Clarke, but is also logical about his decisions, making sure they had somewhat of a plan first, knowing very well that any irrational actions could be dangerous.
Bellamy wants to find Clarke, no matter the risks. He was willing to run across a field in plain site of a grounder army and then put himself amongst said grounder army to get to her. Even after he was stabbed and could barely walk, he was still willing to go after her. The desperation in his eyes, in his voice, and especially in his actions, just showed the difference between him and Monty.
These are not the same actions of two people who want to find their friend. Monty wants to find his friend. Bellamy wants to find the girl he loves.
